Testimonials
We believe that VBUG membership is the most efficient and cost-effective way to keep on top of the mountain of information developers need on such technologies as; .NET, C#, ADO, VB, XML, ASP, COM, SQL.
But don't take our word for it - check out what some of our members say:
If you have any feedback, please contact us. As long as it is constructive we'll publish what you say, positive or negative!

As a former audience member of VBUG who has "graduated" to speaking I've found VBUG events fun to speak at, with audiences that are attentive, appreciative and lively and sure to throiw out challenging questions after the presentation is complete.

I believe VBUG provides an essential set of services that has helped our company implement the latest technology for the past 9 years. VBUG offers its members a number of benefits. The annual VBUG conference gives great insight into up and coming technologies as well as the opportunity to meet other IT professionals and partners. We have always been pleased with the support provided. Well done VBUG and keep up the good work!

I joined VBUG just for the support line. However the other benefits such as free meetings and teh VBUG contacts have refreshed my appetite and ambition in programming which has been reflected in my career

My reason for being part of the group is that I am a sole developer. The group provides information and that is what makes belonging to the group worth it. Everything else is a bonus. The fact someone somewhere has already done what you are trying to do, or something close to it, is really nice to know. When it comes to developing the best thing available is to be able to communicate with someone with experience of the problem. This is what VBUG provides.

As a freelance developer working mainly in the .NET arena, I have found membership to be an invaluable resource for the last few years. One of the main highlights is the annual conference, held at Microsoft's offices in Reading. This provides a condensed overview of the latest emerging Microsoft development technologies and helps me keep up-to-date. Along with the regional meetings, this is also an excellent opportunity for networking. Although in no way an agency, VBUG does assist members by passing on requests for work, and I have been fortunate enough to benefit from this.
VBUG is a close, friendly community, and the Team is particularly helpful. The financial savings and help managing the complexities of renewing MSDN pays for the membership alone! Finally, the monthly delivery of the latest magazine is always welcome (I subscribe to ASP .NET Pro and SQL Server Magazine and there are many more to choose from). Well done and thank you, VBUG. Keep up the good work!
